A full-service restaurant fit-out project for Asian Hub, located within Arab Mall, one of the flagship malls operated by Cenomi Centers.

The project occupies a total area of 220 sqm, comprising a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining hall, and an open outdoor seating area overlooking the internal food court on the second floor.

The scope of work covered the complete Design & Build fit-out delivery, including preparation of detailed shop drawings, approvals from Cenomi Mall Management, demolition works, ceiling treatments, and full execution of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
